Who I am

This site is run by Max Taylor, trading as Maxwell Media Ltd (company number 17251071), 16 Sheerwater Way, Chichester, PO20 2JQ. I am the data controller for anything you send through this site. You can reach me at maxwellugc@gmail.com.

What I collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, company, and the details of your brief.
• Waitlist form: your email address.
• Emails you send me: whatever you choose to include.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and I do not track you across other websites.

Why I use it

I use your details to reply to your enquiry, discuss and agree work, and (for the waitlist) to email you about Booked. My lawful basis is legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract. For marketing emails to the waitlist it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who else sees it

I do not sell your data. These services process it on my behalf:

• Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions.
• Cloudflare, which handles the domain and DNS.
• Google, for Gmail (where form notifications arrive) and Google Fonts (which loads the site's typeface and may receive your IP address when a page loads).

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. They use recognised safeguards for international transfers.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or the programme closes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you, object to how I use it, or withdraw consent. Email me and I will respond within one month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If I change this policy I will update the date above.
